The outdated decor and ambiance could use a refresh!!! Shower water temperature was inconsistent!!! Additionally, noise from adjacent rooms disrupted sleep more than expected. More attention to details like phone availability in rooms could enhance guest comfort!!!

Access to town after 9pm gets tricky—better have plans for a taxi or a winter hike up those neglected snowy stairs. The gondola from the hotel is free until full service kicks in, but if you need to get somewhere earlier, be prepared for some steep taxi fees.

Family with children memorable getaway

We stayed in the Sky Suite and were fortunate enough to see amazing northern lights! The breakfast was fantastic- huge buffet and selection!

This was just a great match for an overnight stop in Levi with good price-quality ratio. Breakfast offered great variety, and even though the quality was limited, it fueled our day well. Keep an eye on their gondola policies. they might surprise you with extra charges.
